Big Timber is an imposing structure with a 30 x 40 (1200 square foot) main floor footprint. It can be used as a garage or a barn or as living space. It is built using all BIG timbers i.e. 8x8, 8x10, 8x12.

This is a flexible design. We are showing elevated pony walls on the second floor and lessened the pitch to give a more livable second floor. Another option is to build-in a second floor shed dormer across both sides of the roof for the full length of the building

It is an open concept so you can custom design to meet your needs. Big Timber leaves a lot to an owner's creativity.
