CTF presents an affordable Great Room to be the core of your new timber frame or hybrid-type home. It is a magnificent structure. One owner likens the atmosphere inside the completed Great Room as being "cathedral-like".

This is a 5 bent structure consisting of 5 large hammerbeam trusses. Here are the plans, 3D models and photos of the raising of the Great Room. The floor space is 27 feet x 30 feet. The height is over 24 feet. It is open architecture waiting for your creative ideas to make it your own. It can be lengthened or shortened to your own needs by either adding or subtracting bents. You can add rooms off of either side using timber frame or conventional "stick frame" construction.
