Halibut Point Cruise Terminal - Phase II

Located in Sitka, Alaska and currently in Phase 2 of this Cruise Ship Terminal's construction - the project's production has progressed with amazing speed and agility going from completed design to material delivery on site in a 6 month turnaround.

In order to get the materials to site they were shipped from Golden, BC to Seattle, where they were promptly loaded on a barge and transported to Sitka.

This hybrid material cruise ship terminal features the highest quality interior Douglas Fir wood, Glulam structural beams and Cross Laminated Timber. It creates a warm and inviting atmosphere by combining heavy and mass timber, which complements the beautiful natural setting and comfortable surroundings of the project's remote location.

Our partners MCG Constructors and Fire Tower Engineering have done remarkable work on this project.
