This timber frame home west of Durango in Colorado features an open plan design with two bedrooms and a bonus 700 Sq Ft recreation room above the double garage. A breezeway connects the garage with the 1,727 Sq Ft home. The project was designed in-house and features CTF's rustic antique finish timber frame, R50 roof system, wall panels and cedar siding.
