CTF Wins Gold in Golden 24

The Golden Two-Four presented by TransRockies Race Series is a 24 hours mountain bike race on some of the best trails in BC. The race is held on the mountain shadows trail network at the base of Mount 7. This 24 hour mountain bike race features a challenging 15.3km course with 469 metres of elevation. After finishing 3rd in 2018, and 2nd in 2019, Canadian Timberframes entered the corporate category for the third time this June, 2022.

Training some Wednesdays and every Thursday throughout May and June, Canadian Timberframes staff showed incredible dedication both to the team and their performance.  On race weekend, Canadian Timberframes was up against 12 other corporate teams. They ultimately completed 21 laps, pedalling a collective 321 km, in 23 hours and 32 minutes and beat out the second-place team by just over a minute. It was an impressive first-place finish for team CTF! Not only winning, but also beating their previous Canadian Timberframes team record of 20 laps, which was set in 2019.

We are incredibly proud of our Canadian Timberframes team of 10 staff for their amazing effort and first-place finish this past weekend.Congratulations to all the athletes who participated in this fun and challenging mountain bike race weekend, and good job team Canadian Timberframes on this impressive outcome!
