Maine Timber Frame Home
This timber frame home in Maine was designed in-house and features our timber frame, wall panels, roof system and siding. The contractors on this project included Folger & Adams Construction from New Hampshire and Hayward & Company.
The 1,688 sq. ft. Main Floor features an open-concept great room, dining area and kitchen, which lead out to a large deck through an impressive five panel sliding door. A pantry and bedroom with ensuite compliment the ground floor. The 1,626 sq. ft. second story has a beautiful master bedroom with a juliet balcony, ensuite and 294 sq. ft. walk in wardrobe. There is also a gym/office space and bedroom with ensuite. The home also has an open-concept basement, which currently serves as a rec room.
