The owner of this well-known Canmore restaurant chose the name to commemorate the mining and rail road heritage of the area. The restaurant is an authentic timber frame structure and boasts enormous trusses designed to reflect the railroad trestle's of the past and are fastened together with large exposed steel bolts and plates.
