Mara Lake
After visiting our website and viewing our design portfolio, the Bragg Creek design caught the eye of this client and they thought it would be the perfect layout for their recreational property that they were in the process of purchasing on Mara Lake, Sicamous BC.
The client was looking for a partnership in their new project and Canadian Timberframes connected them with a builder who was familiar with our products and had used them in the past.
The client needed to customize the size of their garage to ensure their 45’ boat would fit and also wanted a lot of out door summer living space so we incorporated a large deck to wrap around the whole back of the house where they can take in their lake front view.
They wanted to use this recreational property for entertaining - bringing up family & friends to enjoy the lake front property. The design of the interior kitchen, dining and great room needed to flow & deliver on an open concept layout where there was room for all guests to enjoy one another's company.
